What does the Emerging Leader Fellowship Scoring Task Force do?
The Emerging Leader Fellowship Scoring Task Force performs merit-based scoring of applicants for the Emerging Leader Fellowship each year. Scoring activities typically occur in November/December, but are subject to change.
What kind of volunteer is NANN looking for?
- A NANN member in good standing and currently practicing in neonatal nursing in a role such as clinical care, education, research, administration, or consulting

- Ability to meet deadlines when working on committee projects
What is the time commitment?
The task force usually has a kick off meeting prior to scoring and completes scoring independently. An additional meeting may be necessary if applicant discussion is required. The estimated total volunteer time will be between 2 to 10 hours, depending on the number of applicants received.
How long is the term?
This volunteer role is a two-year commitment, with an option to renew for one additional term. Members cannot serve on multiple committees at the same time.
