I've been a NICU nurse since 2012 and I love every minute of it. I work in a regional level III NICU. My current title is Palliative Care and Small Baby Coordinator. I am passionate about helping others understand the importance and purpose behind palliative care in the perinatal and NICU setting. I love to work with new nurses and help them understand the world of NICU. I also work diligently to keep up to date with the latest practices that are best for our smallest and most vunerable patients.
