I am a Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist passionate about building a better ecosystem for NICU babies. My current program of research examines the intersections of social determinants of health as they are understood by NICU nurses and advanced practice nurses.
I currently work in dual-practice as nursing faculty and CNS in a Level IV NICU. In addition to my clinical expertise, I offer skill in curriculum development, practice guideline development and revision item writing, literature review and experience with some aspects of technology including Canva and social media.
