The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Summit Task Force represents needs in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational programming of the APRN Summit that’s held during the annual educational conference.
The task force consists of the chair, who is the assigned Annual Conference Committee (ACC) liaison from the NANNP Council, five to eight NANNP members, liaison, and the Lead Nurse Planner.
The APRN Task Force is a subgroup of the Annual Conference Committee that reports to the NANNP Council.

Currently practicing in an APRN role in the clinical practice, administration/leadership, or academic setting.

Current member of NANN/P.

Previous experience in planning nursing educational programs.

Have attended a minimum of two NANN Annual Conferences.

Cannot concurrently serve on a related committee within a competing organization.

Conduct ongoing evaluation of the annual APRN Summit format and programming and determine the effectiveness or need for adjustment.

Review Summit feedback and available gap analysis data in which to determine topics for future programs.
