Is anyone currently using the new ISMP concentrations for Dopamine, Dobutamine and MOrphine? They are very concentration with very small ml/hr dosing for our VLBW babies. We are wondering if anyone is having sensitivity issues or are able to titrate doses using these new parameters? Thank you
