Would you regularly change the infants position, say from left to right lateral & supine, or just nurse supine with head midline. Say if infant was 1 month old, <30 weeks, 900 gms, h/o right upper lobe collapse, klebsiella pneumonia treated & has been on HFOV for a week & unable to wean MAP,12 with 02 variable 30-50%.
