CPR training

We are considering revamping how we teach our CPR classes for discharge. Just wondering what everyone else does. Who teaches your class, is is a group or individual classes, what aids do you use and if it's taught by a nurse, is that nurse a certified CPR instructor? Any information would be appreciated.

I facilitate a class for our NICU parents. We utilize the CPR Anytime Kits. The parents take the kit home with them and share the skills they learned with anyone that is caring for their infant. Currently all of the kits are bought through private donation money. The class is optional unless we feel that there is a medical reason that they sould take it. (such as a home monitor). It is taught in a class setting, and the only ones that have a private session is if they speak Spanish (the kit has a Spanish option), need an interpretur, or it is mandatory that they take it. We let parents return for the class if they are discharged prior to the next one. I am not a CPR certified instructor, and this kit does not make the parents certified in CPR.
