I am interested to know how your hospital has chosen to perform the role of transitioning babies.
Do you have a separate transition nursery? or do you transition in the mom's room?
If so, is it staffed with NICU RN's or other staff ?
Do your NICU nurses only attend high risk deliveries?
Does an RT attend every delivery?
Does anyone have a delivery team?
