Good evening everyone and Happy New Year.
How long do you leave your UAC/UVC lines in on micropreemies less than 600 grams? Any recent literature that suggests length of time for central lines on extreme preemies? We arre taking ours out at 7 days and putting in a PAL and PICC, however when the infant needs blood heplocks can be diffucult. Thanks in advance for your input.
