I currently work in a level III NICU and have been a NICU nurse since 2014. I am currently a Designated Charge Nurse and Clinical Coach. I have obtained my MSN in Nurse Education, RNC-NIC, and C-ELBW. I am currently seeking opportunities to continue my professional and personal growth to be the best NICU nurse and leader I can be.
