Former labor and delivery nurse and NICU nurse. NNP since 2009, completed DNP in 2018. Associate professor at the University of Louisville with joint appointments with the Schools of Nursing and Medicine- within the School of Nursing, coordinator for the NNP program. Practicing NNP and leader of neonatal APP group. Married with 3 grown/married children and 6 amazing grandchildren!!! Special interest in quality improvement, servant leadership, and neonatal palliative care.
