I have been a nurse for 18 years and have worked in the Maternal/Child area in some way the entire time. Moms and babies are my passion. I started out in Level 3 NICU, then moved into OB, primarily Mother/Baby. I then transitioned to a Level 2 NICU, followed by OB again, where I was primarily L&D. From there I worked my way up to charge nurse, Nurse Supervisor, and now just recently transitioned to NICU Manager for our future Level 2 NICU that will open in 2027 at our new hospital.
