Beth Talaga, MSN, APRN, RNC-NIC, is currently the Nurse Manager of the Neonatal ICU at UF Health Shands Hospital. Her 35 year career, however, has been varied and has included bedside nursing, academic teaching positions, research and program management, hospital based Educator and Clinical Leader, and Pediatric APRN. Beth particularly loves the practical challenges of hospital units where the realities of day to day operations meet the inspiring theoretical practice of Nursing to bring the best care to patients.
