I was hoping to hear what some of the NICU practices are with babies that have been discharged and need to be readmitted
2 Comments - There is no policy about neo consult. We never readmit patients with respiratory symptoms
We would like to know if other units give Synagis as inpatient prior to discharge or as outpatient within Synagis season? If they give as outpatient who administers it? An independent home health agency, hospital based HH, a certain clinic, etc
