Serve as a resource to staff on issues related to membership marketing, recruitment, and retention Assist in the development of membership-related messaging Participate in outreach to potential members and member groups Evaluate data to identify gaps and recommend new programs, changes to existing programs, or discontinuation of programs to achieve NANN’s goal of membership retention and growth In addition to Board of Directors, NANNP Council, and NANN Staff, assist with conference responsibilities, such as staffing the NANN booth, moderator positions, and other roles in which membership expertise is needed Consult with staff on membership categories and dues structure; propose necessary amendments to bylaws to reflect membership structure recommendations
