I have been a NICU nurse since the very early 80's. I have certainly seen a lot of changes! I became a NNP in 1994 and obtained my DNP in 2013. I have been a career-long member of NANN and have held many different positions. My expertise is in community hospital nursing, resuscitation, and late preterm infants. When not working at my day job or my volunteer jobs, you can find me on my horse farm in Virginia.
